The Gaza Homes Nelspruit The Worst!!!!

Your communication about your official check-in times became invalid if we were faced with obstacles beyond our control like hazardous driving conditions like rain,fog,roadblocks and accidents that delayed our arrival time, which we tried to communicate to you over the phone but you were very dismissive. At 8pm you told us you are knocking off and cannot wait. We booked for 3nights, 4people and costs us R5000.

As a business person you should be able to make provision for those anomalies and occurrences. We even asked you to leave the key somewhere convenient for us, if that was not an option we offered to fetch it from where you were but you were unhelpful, rude and that we should find our own accommodation for the night and return in the morning...which is very unprofessional and off-putting.

We are visiting your town for the first time and this is by far the worst experience we have had to encounter. As a business there are measures you need to put in place to ensure better customer service and experience. To cancel our cooking without letting us know was **********, we lost R5000 and you didn't care and told us there's nothing she could do and we should take it up with Booking.com of which was zero help.

Khanya is a very terrible terrible host that has not humanity and no remorse.
