Gaza Homes horrible service

I booked this guesthouse on Bookings.com and the owner said I could check in early. On the day of my arrival she sends me a Whatsapp at midnight saying I can no longer check in early as there was a braai the previous night. When we called she refused us a refund and spoke very rudely to us shouting that she doesn't remember confirming our early arrival. Classless and very bad experience.
