DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

This is the worst place we have ever booked at. The manager Khanya is very rude and obnoxious. We had told her that we'd be late for check in due to bad weather and road accidents but she refused to wait for us and instead asked that we book alternative accommodation for the night and come check in the following morning. We were only an hour late for check in but we slept in the car outside her guesthouse hoping that we will be able to check in, in the morning. In the morning we found out that she had cancelled the booking which left us stranded in a province we aren't fami**** with. Booking.com was also not helpful with this as they couldn't book us alternative accommodation. This means that we paid for a 3 night stay that we forfeited due to Khanya cancelling the booking.
