***nors Educare needs to put their staff under a drug review

my toddler has been found by myself at 2pm hiding at the far back end of the schoolyard with a leaking full nappy playing with very broken toys, has come home with red stripes across her bum and cries terribly when i drop her off at school. They were kind enough to help with transport for her but I know my child and the neglect while at school is obviously overwhelming, not only for the owners. I blame the teachers and not the owners.
