Worst estate agency ever

This company is the worst property agency I have ever dealt with. They are cruel and heartless, and the clauses in their lease agreement violate the Consumer Protection Act. I dealt with an agent named Eugene and deeply regret viewing and signing the lease agreement without first checking their rating here. I urge other to be very careful with this estate agency!!!!
