Terrible Service - Deposit Issue
I having been battling to get my deposit back since leaving the apartment. The estate agent (Tanya) told me that the previous company has the inspection sheet and that the owner has my deposit. All I keep getting told is that the owner is busy with releasing the deposit and getting quotes on things that were already on the previous inspection sheet.

If the landlord is holding the deposit, then the landlord must finalise the matter and refund the tenant what is due to the tenant. If there is no refund due to the tenant, then the tenant will not receive a refund.
