Poor treatment of tenant

I write this review on behalf of Rejoice Mfune, who notified ***lin properties Randburg that he intended to move out of the property they had arranged lease of in two months. Tanya was the agent he was dealing with, after citing that after 5 years of living in the apartment and being an excellent tenant with never having delays in rental payments. Due to his home having had several attempted burglaries he was concerned for the safely of his family. The burglars had broken security features which the landlord did not fix in addition there were not increasing the security. The agent Tanya and the manager Andries insisted that he was contravening his lease agreement and wanted him to be liable for rental until they sourced a new tenant and to date have deducted numerous unfair amounts so that he does not receive his deposit back and ***lin Properties is threatening him with credit bureau listings. Please do not deal with this agency, they disrespect the lease agreement and give the tenant no benefit, even after 60 months of receiving monies from the tenant.
