Not happy with service received from ***lin Estate agents after renting my property through them

I have rented my property through ***lin Estate agents Randburg branch April 2018, was promised good service but what i received was very below what was promised.

Firstly was told that they go and check the tenants every month but that didn't happen, the tenant was subletting my property, i rented my property to one family, after three months there where five families staying in two bedroom apartment.

Secondly when i renew the leases after 6 months, i was charged initially fees like I'm putting new tenants in my property, i.e background checks for the tenants, placement fees meanwhile lease was renewed with the same tenants.

Now that the tenants have moved out end of April 2019, was not paid for the services used sewerage and refuse collection, the agent claimed that the tenants where paying upfront and it was not like that i was sending the agent monthly statement of this services.

I'm so not happy with this and the lady who is working with finances a day before tenants moved out she said i must send her April statements so that she can bill the tenants, but now she say tenants where paying upfront, why she wanted statements while she knew tenants where paying upfront.
