inconsistency

Last year December I moved to Jackal Creek Golf Estate number 141 Pinehurst I moved on the 28th of December. This year on the 20th of February I received a call from Michele she was so rude she said I haven’t paid my rent and it’s unccepa therefore I must move out cause the don’t condone such behavior I said ok I’ll move out, when I was supposed to move the estate manager said I won’t be able to cause they need the landlord or the agency to authorize it. Then I reported the issue to hello Peter stating that I will move out on the 15th because it seems like the agent “Reiken” had communication with my boyfriend who was paying at the time and apparently he did pay rent what ****ed me off is that they didn’t call me back to say everything has been sorted, what’s annoying is Michele called me to say I owe rent cause the property is under my name but then they call my boyfriend to say no everything is ok. My question is why didn’t they call me back cause they called the 1st time to say I owe, ok let me leave that issue and focus on the main thing, so the apartment was under my name I moved out on Friday gave Reiken the key then because there was some furniture that belonged to my boyfriend I said I’ll come on Monday to get it he said ok we can organize that. On Monday I sent him an email he didn’t reply I sent him a text message he then called to say he emailed me but I didn’t anything from him because he was supposed to transfer my deposit suddenly he sent me a text asking if he must pay the deposit to me or my partner I was a bit confused because the apartment was under my name so why would he ask me that. I explained everything to him and the reason why I’m moving my boyfriend is Nigerian he doesn’t have legal documents that’s why he asked me to use mine and I did so yesterday I asked Reiken if I can come tomorrow to take the remaining furniture he said no I mustn’t worry about that cause my boyfriend will change ownership how when he doesn’t have papers he doesn’t even work for that matter so how will he change ownership. So I just want my deposit back by the end of the day, and I hope they won’t be using my documents because I have a feeling that my boyfriend and Reiken have a deal on the side. I’m going to report this to the police as well how can he rent out an apartment to someone who doesn’t have documents I explained everything to him. And he hasn’t sent any form of confirmation to me saying that I’ve cancelled there’s no cancellation document, there’s no paper work between myself and the agency. If I find out that he changed ownership but the apartment is still under my name I’ll take further action. Please assist if you can thank you.
