Incompetence

I received a phone call form ***lin Estate Agents on the 20th of February saying that I haven't paid rent for 2months the lady said its unacceptable and that I must move out ASAP I packed my belongs was ready to move out when I got to the gate they said I cant move out because the landlord must authorize everything so I couldn't move, then I called just to find out what going on a rude receptionist answered my call she was so rude she doesn't have telephone etiquette s****s. What annoys me is that the rent was fully paid on the 9th of February I've been calling and sending emails but they haven't said anything till this day .
