27 Feb 2022, 16:04When wanting to rent a residential property, there are standard payments required, e.g., the rent, damages deposit, utilities deposit, lease admin fee. Once in the rental property, there will be monthly payments due and it is the tenant's responsibility to make such payments on time each month, since the landlord also has monthly financial commitments and needs the money on time.
