This is a public notice to kindly refund my money!!!! You are the absolute worst. I signed a lease for an apartment on the 9th of September and paid R13 960 in deposit and other fees. The landlord signed the lease agreement on 11 September 2021.

On the 22nd I was notified that you would not be able to honour the contract due to moving another tenant into the apartment for which I had already signed & paid for & the contract was cancelled & I was informed a refund would be made.

It is now 27 Sep, 3 days until I have to vacate my current rental property and my money has still not been paid back. The agent I dealt with @Jen Shutte told me that she believed ‘I was being difficult for the sake of being difficult’ when I demanded my money back today.

This is unacceptable! Disgusting service.
