Be careful of this agency - they will take as much as they can from you!

To everyone out there who has dealt with this bunch - be very careful. I have an ongoing case pending at the Rental Housing Tribunal which will be followed up and more.

***lin Estates, formerly Fine & Country Randburg. Their agency was revoked) did only what they felt like doing with total disregard to the tenant. They do NOT care at all for tenants. I opened the case in 2017, they still retain my deposit. Even after a Tribunal Hearing. I outlined numerous things upon entry in 2015, nothing done from their side. They then proceeded to deduct the VERY SAME things from my deposit at the end of the lease. They knew there was an ongoing dispute and not entitled to take any monies from the deposit, they did anyway and didn't pay me a single cent to today. Be very very wary of these common *******.
