Worst Service Ever

<p>I went to Gawie Otto for a new prosthetic leg in January 2016 and btween then and now i have received the worst service ever in my entire life. I paid a deposit of R10000 and they were not able to manufacture a prosthetic leg that i can walk in and i then went to another doctor who was able to make me the perfect leg. This practice has refused to refund me my deposit and are claiming that i am liable for the parts that were purchased on my behalf which is wrong and gose against my rights as a consumer. I guess they do not know what the consumer protection act states which ist that if a consumer is not happy with goods received or services then they are entitled to a full refund. The sad thing about all of this is that i was expected to accept a leg that i can barely walk in and use it daily. How can you expect that from a disabled person this is the only way that i can walk unlike them i do not have two normal legs and these prosthetic legs are expensive so i can not just accept it. I WANT MY FULL DEPOSIT AND NOT LEAVE THIS UNTIL I GET IT. </p>
