Be aware of using Gautruss

We recently.bought Roof trusses from Gautruss, we were promised delivery which never happened as promised eventually we got delivery and bad installation. The installers damaged a light fitting on our premises by throwing a brick down and then proceeded to chop a support lintel on the double story into seven pieces to slot the truss into the wall, on enquiring why they did this we were told no hanger brackets were supp****. On following up with Sharon at Gautruss we were told that she never quoted for them. But before installation we asked how she was going to fasten the truss to the wall and was told by bracket. Dear Sharon has now defended her wrong by saying no brackets were quoted surely that's her wrong, they also sent a engineer out to inspect and assure site was ready for installation. According to the fitters the engineer is the person that said they must chop my plaster work and support lintel into many pieces. Unfortunately they want all there money up front so I'm at a loss now. They have a bad attitude, no quality, poor installation, and no respect for people's property at all. I can only warn the public do not use Gautruss unless you have money to fix up after them.
