You spend R2000 a month and 2 hours on Gautrain

<p>Second post complaining about Gautrain and they did not even address the first issue I had. </p> <p>Wow....what service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I think I'm pretty much done wasting my money on Gautrain if it will take me over two hours to get from Jhb Gen to Midrand! </p> <p>Yes you had a power failure...however....</p> <p>.1. You only inform us 20 minutes into waiting for a train at park station....</p> <p>.2. Why do you not have a back up plan for power failures.</p> <p>Oh wow you clearly don't need me as a client cause you can't seem to do the bare minimum of disaster management!</p> <p>How is a pregnant woman supposed to stand for 40 minutes waiting for your bus and train and then 90 minutes pressed, hungry and dehydrated on your train! </p> <p>Beyond annoyed!</p> <p> </p> <p>You are not the end all and be all...treat paying customers better! </p>
