Wrong Billing

<p>Hi Venkat ,<br />Object: Hi There , I purchased weekly train pass on 08/12/2016 ,it should come for 7 days but it deducted money from my pay as you go credits .Even i didn't use it for 7 Days ,i didn't use it on 13th December and 14 th Decmber.Today is the 7 th Day how come i loose money from my pas as you go.
