Worst service ever (rude staff)

Worst service ever! Basically we arrive at your Pretoria station - to take the train to Rosebank. Firstly your security at the gate shouts at us because we were apparently not using the ticket machine at the gate right. He then arrives at our car after shouting from across the road for probably 5min - just to find out the gate machine was not working right. After this we just wanted to leave but then after much confusion inside about the parking ticket - we were again confronted by the lady at the desk to try and get a parking ticket. Will never come back again!
