Worst service ever

The Gautrain rail services leave much to be desired, plagued by frequent technical issues that don't seem justifiable given the high prices we pay. Trains often come to a standstill in the middle of nowhere and experience extended stops at certain stations, causing delays in my daily commute to work. It's become a consistent frustration, and my job is now at risk due to these disruptions.
