WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Gautrain Customer Service is the worst, I have mistakenly loaded funds in to an incorrect card using Gautrain App, I submitted a claim 3 weeks ago for the refund, the claim has been rejected, since then I have been trying call ***) just so that I can get an explanation why the claim was rejected but I have been transferred from 1 line to another no one picking up the Phone, please can I get an explanation in ClaimID 43754.
