Worse service and Rude drivers

<p>Hi There ,</p> <p>Gautrain promised to give the bus service for every 15 minutes but Bus even didn't come after a hour.</p> <p>They made us to wait for more then a hour in early Morning time on 11 th January 2017 .</p> <p>Traffic was also very quiet ,but they made passengers to wait for more then a hour in Half way Gardens stop.</p> <p>Because of Gautrain bus i missed my flight ,Generally it takes 15 mins to 20 mins ,but they made us to wait for more then a hour.</p> <p>I don't need apologies , i need compensation. </p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>V Konduru</p>
