Waiting for a refund of my claim of 2015-06.02

What happened I increase my fare with my bank card for amount of R500 using self service on the 2nd June , to my surprise when I check my statement it shows that there were two R500 deducted From bank in seconds to make it R1000 on the 2nd of June. <br> <br> Went to Rosebank Gautrain Station for refund and follow the process of giving documents as they requested that's last month ( June) . However I received a call from lady called herself Patricia told me that, I won't be refunded because I gave EFT statement to be refund they require actual statement from the bank with stamp . <br> <br> Then from the Call I went to the bank to get a statement as requested with stamp then I went back to Rosebank Station , waited there till three train left while ladies were deciding who will take my statement . .<br> <br> Refund blue form that I filled is A 009372 <br> <br> have been waiting since then for a call from Gautrain or some form of information regard my refund till to date <br>
