Victim of verbal abuse from driver

I used the Gautrain bus yesterday, my first time this year. Slightly reclusive i already don't enjoy public transport,but after the verbal abuse i received from this bus driver I'd be lucky to not use this service again. I missed my bus stop due to the stop buttons throughout the bus not working, when approaching the bus driver, \ Boss, don't these buttons work?! \" i asked justified in frustration at missing my stop. I might have been a bit loud, i had my earphones in for the past 2hrs. \"so what must i do\", he responds. \"How do you know when to stop? \", \"i look in the mirror and see people standing\". I hop off at the next stop, and before mentioning that he at least puts a sign up to inform passengers, he swears at me, \"F@$@ off, F$@# you\" he says. He then refused to give me his name, so i hopped back on. Now he continues, expletives non stop, i respond similarly. The rest of the passengers hear this,and go at me as well. One lady says to me \"you're so full of $#@t, you first complained about the button, now about his swearing \", at this stage i was lost for words. To be victimized for pointing out that the system is faulty, and sworn at, of course I'll find fault in both. "
