VERY BAD SERVICES AND TRAIN DELAYS

for the past 5 months this train service is HELL, today is the worst. I have been sat the station since 17:45 on the 15-01-24. and the train is been delayed for more than one hour. This makes no sense with the price we pay for the service! THIS IS ABSOLUTE NONSENSE!!! It makes one regret being patient!!!!
