Very bad service

I had a very bad experience at the Gautrain parking lot in Sandton, they made me pay for my parking to ticket just when I got to the exit I couldn’t go out because the ticket actually got sucked by the machine. And they had the decency to tell me that I can’t go out without it like it was my fault.
