Very bad maintenance of Gautrain

Its been the 3rd time in less than a year that I've got stuck in the lifts at Gautrain Sandton. Im pretty much convinced that either the technical competence had exited the Gautrain Company or there is a radical cut back on costs affecting the maintenance of the Gautrain.
