Very angry customer

I am very angry as I left Hatfield at 5:25 ,we were told to get off at Pretoria and I'm still waiting for the train to leave it is now 6:27, Gautrain is affecting my productivity ,I'm gonna be late for work due to your unprofessionalism,this is ridiculous. This is very expensive and as I said before if we wanted ****py service we will go to Prasa and pay less.
