Unsupoorted ticket system

I have been using the gaitrain app to put money on my card for a month now. This is a very failing me spectacularly. I put money on two days before I would run out. Three days later still shows as pending in app I have travelled to and from Hatfield and Centurion multiple times. Money does not get put on my card. I habe to go stand in row at tvms and put on one days money, hopinh my weeks money lyinh somewhere in system would appear. Ask at office for help, sorr Sir we have nothing to do with app. I get the feeling someone is sitting on my money... Not happy
