Unsatisfied customer

From the 30 minute delays to the high prices, I'm very unsatisfied with the quality Gautrain has been providing. For a company offering a service to the public the staff could use a better attitude... your facilities are also in poor condition with leaks everywhere and the bathrooms being closed for like 2 months at Marlboro?! it's too much.
