Unreliable Gautrain Bus Service – Samrand Road

I am extremely frustrated with the Gautrain bus service on the Samrand Road route. The buses regularly arrive 5–10 minutes early or 5–10 minutes late, making it very difficult to plan my journey.

When the bus arrives early, drivers often pass the stop before passengers can reach it. When it is late, commuters are left waiting with no cer*****y of when it will arrive.

The issue is with the bus service, not the Gautrain train. What is the point of having scheduled bus routes if the buses do not reasonably adhere to their schedules?

This unreliability is making me consider going back to driving my car because I simply cannot depend on the bus service.
