Unreliable and unsafe

I posted a review about taxify previously abd now I decided to post a review on Gautrain. First of all three men ****** me and took my laptoo, phone and money. I was at the gautrain station parking at the time, there was a security guatd there, wheb i asked him to help me he said " it looks like they ran that way, if you quick enough you will find them." I was so disapointed because I use the gautrain everyday and to have this security guard not assist me is very redundant. Gautrain is trying to deliver a world class service , in my own opinion i do not believe it is because safety is key and if safety can not be provided it will never reach its world class status.
