Unreliable and inconsistent bus services.

The Bus Service is terribly inconsistent. 4 times the bus driver had driven straight past me after I flagged him down and nearly ran in front of the bus.

They also don't follow the schedules as listed, some bus drivers just do whatever the hell they want, and that creates problems. Almost been late for work on several occasions, missed appointments, etc. If the service is not reliable or consistent, how can Gautrain expect people to make use of their bus service?

I am very disappointed and frankly extremely frustrated. They need to address some serious issues.
