Unfair charge by Gautrain

Gautrain are the big ****mers when they feel like,I've been using my card which also linked to my cellphone samsung wallet, I've been debited the amount of R250x 2 on my card without no explainable reason.sinse I've been using Gautrain I've been using the same card to come in and out of the station to my surprise when checking my account my card has been deducted. Gautrain need to refund my account in full as this is not acceptable.
