Treated like a ******** at the Gautrain Station

Suck a useless system!I have two cars, one that I park at Hatfield and one at Midrand Station and use the train between. This is too much for the Guatrain parking system to handle, and I am apparently supposed to get a ticket each time and stand in the info queue every day according to the info person. The lady at the reception who was incredibly rude and treated me like a ******** while calling security, asking for all my car credentials and a copy of my ID. This whole ordeal made me miss my appointment which was the whole point of using the train in the first place! I feel humiliated and utterly frustrated with this stupid system that has severe technical limitations. Get with the 21st Century and improve your system. Last time I will be using the train.
