train delays without any updates

<p>I take the gautrain on a daily bases to work, from Marlboro to Midrand, sometimes the train is delayed and I let it slide but today, the train was over 30 minutes late and no one bothered to inform us what was happening, on top of that the fares have gone up, this kind of service form the gautrain is disgusting and unacceptable, We spend our hard earned money to use this expensive transportation method because it’s convenient but if this is how the gautrain is going to conduct itself, it will then defeat the purpose. I got to work late and this is a bad reflection on me, all because the gautrain was late and no one bothered to inform us what the problem is. I’m highly disgusted</p>
