Time is money

<p>Again this morning it took about 15 minutes to get into the parking lot because again there was only one ticket boom working...How can you not check the machines before peaktime? Then once inside the station an alarm went off saying that there is an emergency and that everyone should find the nearest exit. People start heading down the stairs and the security guards just stand there! At the end everyone returned to the platform. What was the purpose of this? If this is your service level standard then I don't see how using the train is more efficient than rather just sitting in traffic in the morning.</p>
