******* by the name of Gautrain

Gautrain is ripping us off. I have a commuter card with a balance of R119. As I tried to swipe it at an entry point, it said “Invalid.” I checked the card expiry date which is 5 years from date of issue. However, the card becomes valid for 2 years only. I now can’t transfer my balance. I tried Online and it was just impossible. The cashier says to me; “There’s nothing we can do...” Bottom line is, Gautrain is *******ly taking money and invalidating cards to prompt is to buy new cards and forfeit balances in unexpired cards. This is wrong...
