The very bad service I received that left me stranded at the station.

I work at Mall of africa and I usually have late shifts where I knock off at 8. Today after knocking off I literally waited an hour for the bus to go to the station and it never came, when I get to the station after taking a taxify they giving me attitude on how I'm late and the train Has already left, when the bus never even came to fetch us at the mall. I waited for a good hour there was never even a message on their app to communicate whether buses are available or not. I'm honestly not happy about this and the staff here at the station generally don't care nor do they respect us as commuters who take the train on a regular basis.
