The most pathetic Malboro Station Manager

The most horrible 😪 service from Gautrain the station Manager of Malboro disappeared and did not give as any reason why the train from Hatfield to JHB stopped at Malboro and we all hade to leave the train after asking to speak to the station manager a cleaner informed ùs there is a power failure and thy will get busses for us after leaving the station to go to the busses we where informed the train is running again.

Thy wanted us to tag in again and pay again after protesting every one were allowed to enter with out paying when I got to rosbank we had to be informed that we must pay again after protesting we were alowed to leave. Worst part of all the train were not adhering to any Covid protecalks and was over fulle please had to stat in the train. So disappointed it's like it metro not Gautrain
