The Cashiers really is ***********

So yet again we have a fight with the Rhodesfield station. How much more can you take and then they make as if you are at fault. Do the really know whats going on with the fares. My daughter takes the Gautrain every day so we sorted the first **** out now the second start again. Went to buy a 7 day pass which gives you now 8 days but any way on Monday the cashier takes the R 361. and say there is 4 trips left please come in on Wednesday to activate your new pass and now its Wednesday but now there is again money short on that How the heck can it be 4 trips left for Monday and Tuesday so where did we go wrong???????????
