Terrible Service

It took me 2 hours from Hatfield to Rosebank. when we got aboard they told us there would be a 20minutes delay which was not that bad. To my surprise it took us 2 hours which normally takes 40 minutes to get Rosebank. I was extremely late for work, i started a month ago at my new job what kind of a reputation would this put to my record, this is unacceptable. we are paying a lot of money to experience such appalling service. Your fare increase comes with service deterioration
