Terrible experience

I have been making use of the Gautrain and its Shuttle service for the past month as my daily transport from Greenstone to the Marlboro station and then on the train from Marlboro to Centurion.

It is on a daily basis that I have to wait between 1 hour and 2 hours for a shuttle to be available. Yesterday afternoon there were 8 shuttles from 16:40 - 18:15 whom passed me all full and not one stopping. I eventually took an uber to the station.

It has been brought under my attention that 90% of the users getting on the Gautrain shuttle is not even using the Gautrain and this is unexceptable. These users rather use the Gautrain shuttle because it is cheaper than the taxis running between Alexander and Greenstone and this is causing that the actual Gautrain users is not able to get the opportunity to use the shuttle that should be there for the Gautrain users.

To top all of this I loaded a weekly bundle to my card via the Gautrain app and now after 24 hours the bundle is still not reflecting on the card. This morning getting on the shuttle it broke down halfway to my destination.

I was planning on making use of this service for long but after all of this bad experience I will rather not.
