Technical Issues on the Gautrain

<p>I am a regular commuter of the Gautrain on a weekly basis from Monday to Friday. I am disgusted by the service that we receive from them. This days every second week, there are delays with the trains either in the morning or afternoons, it causes major inconviniences to a lot of people. Yesterday there were no trains from Sandton to Park and many of us were left frustrated and stranded, some had to use in extrat cash to take meter taxis, call UBER and so forth. What irritated me most yesterday is that there was no information about the techinal delays on the stations. we only heard about it when we got to Sandton. Had they communicated this in the stations, for instance, I board te train at Hatfield, I was gonna turn back. Just on the day when their prices have gone ridiculously high, then they deliver a ****py service. Worst, if you complin with their complains department, they neither acknwledge your complaint nor respond at all. Better your service Gautrain employees/owners pleas!!!!!!</p>
