Taxi Service

<p>I use the Gautrain daily and spend thousands per month to travel with a world class service to be on the move. </p> <p> </p> <p>In my opinion with the price hike we should receive world class service and facilities as per the tender and proposal to the minister of transport. </p> <p> </p> <p>If if you look at the amount of people using the train and the amount of cars made available Gautrain management goes into breach with the facilities offered. Take the train just before 6:40 from Centurion and this 4 car train turn into a local taxi service. </p> <p>It is and remain unacceptable to pay high rates with poor service. We are entitled to a seat, we entitled to private space without sick people coughing on us while using the service and it's overloaded. </p> <p> </p> <p>This issue need to be addressed immediately and the number of cars need to be adjusted for compliance. </p>
