Stupid uneducated drivers

As the company sets the times and bus stations we need to on for drop off and pickup...and yet their drivers are always driving on the fast lane as if they don't know they will be doing pickups and drop off, a driver by the name of Amos Makou who drives on the Menlyn route drive past me while the other passengers look at me. This was today (5 Dec) 7 o'clock bus..As I tried to get to the other bus stop not too far from my stop,before I could get they... he still drive ...didn't bother stopping...I travel to Johannesburg everyday by train and use these buses...we pay alot of money and have no say on what can be convenient for us the uses...the least you as management can do is get educated people who uses their brain everu now and again.. I sometimes understand why white people get do frustrated with people black... I want an update on how he will be reprimanded, and soon, I have his name and I will not let this go because it's not the first time I've received bad service and horrible attitude from the bus drivers in Pretoria.
