Stupid security guards

<p>I am a gautrain user , I tagged in the glass thingy did not open I showed the security guard that it said already validated and that he should let me through he saw what it said the train was going to leave in 1 min I would have made it but he told me to go to ticket area to ask the lady there to open for me once I did so she said asked the security guard to open for me so he did I missed the train and I was supposed to catch the 6h00 am train which I missed i am supposed to be at work by 6h45 this is terrible service from stupid people who could have just let me through I feel let down by gautrain </p>
