Stuck in an Elevator

This morning I was one of 12 people stuck in an elevator at the Sandton Gautrain Station. I really become ****ed off when the lady standing next to me said that this was not the first time it's happening (the last time, the operator told her that the technician is on the TRAIN, on his way to help???). As iets soos dit vir 'n eerste keur gebeur het, dan doen 'n mens iets om dieselfde ding te vermy in die toekomde tye, is dit nie so nie?
