Shortchanged by DIY gautrain machines

<p>I loaded my gautrain gold card using cash at one of the machines as I have done many times before. This time around though, the machine witheld my change. I then proceeded to speak to a lady at one of the glass windows and she looked at my receipt, she then instructed me to leave my name and number, that the machine would be checked and they would give me call once they had an answer for me. Needless to say I never did receive a call or get my money back. I am extremely disappointed in Gautrain as it now makes their self help machines questionable. I expect to receive a reply to my complaint and a solution to my issue. Regards.</p>
