Shoddy arrangements rescued by brilliant staff

On Monday 4 January we tried to take advantage of the Pretoria Zoo special offer. At the Pretoria station the \ambassador"told us she had no vouchers left and no paper in the office to print more so if I walked with her to the internet caf? and paid them she could print for me. I did this and it all worked out fine. She is a superstar and deserves to be rewarded BUT how could they run out of vouchers and not have any paper to print placing her in such a tough customer interaction position??"""
