Shocking lack of communication Re: Midi bus service

I sat waiting for the midibus shuttle at Monte Casino for over an hour this morning only to find out that it is not running due to "maintenance"????? What is that???? Why was there no sign at the bus stop at Monte casino informing passengers of this? Why is there nothing mentioned on the website - in fact the opposite...it boasts that the service is avialable. I was an hour and a half late for work as I had to walk to the taxi rank to catch a '"coffin on wheels" to work. I hate taking taxis!!! This is why I use the Gautrain bus service in the first place. SHAME ON YOU !!!!
